Couldnt add any details about me car that Im trying to sell. Leaves you feeling that your ad is incomplete. Then waiting for pending approval i get a text not identifying who they are asking me for the VIN number to which I had already entered. I could have entered it incorrectly but the text had no identifying featuresthat told me anything except asking for info. I dont like this app at all.

The purpose of instamotor is to allow people to secure loans for private purchase of automobiles. This allows the seller to jack up the price of their vehicle. Once upon a time you could actually get a decent private party purchase used car for blue book price. The Internet has apparently done this in. Go to a dealer. Same prices, better service, guaranteed car.

This app/website is a scam. I have just had my already-sold-2-months-ago car be published on this app, certainly not by me, including my contact details and everything !!! It even lists the car as "certified by instamotor" - checked odometer and other stuff !!! As if... Buyers beware !

The cars are too overpriced. Im sure these guys are making money off the sellers. I prefer Car Trader or Craigslist honestly.
